Regency House is truly a hidden gem – opulent yet wonderfully homely at the same time. From the moment you walk through the door, the attention to detail is exceptional, with every corner thoughtfully designed to create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. The service was fantastic throughout our stay: friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. We also enjoyed brunch, which was absolutely beautiful – fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. A stunning property with five-star touches and the comfort of home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something special in Belfast.

Such a lovely place for brunch. The food is amazing and you can tell it’s all fresh and homemade. The portions are just right, I’m honestly obsessed with their pancakes. Complimentary pastries were a nice touch. The service is spectacular, very welcoming staff, really makes you feel like at home. Outstanding experience will definitely be back!

Went for birthday brunch and was excellent. Relaxing atmosphere and food was very tasty Staff were very helpful but please don’t push a card reader in front of me and say pick a tip! I normally leave cash for a tip and felt uncomfortable. Entrance door needs a more oblivious sign. We will return

Absolutely incredible! Regency House wasn’t just the best accommodation of our 18-day trip—it was hands-down the best travel experience we’ve ever had. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, and the property itself is even more stunning in person than in photos. The service is flawless—attentive yet unobtrusive, as if the staff anticipate your needs before you do. While Belfast was wonderful, I would return just to stay at Regency House again.

I stayed at Regency House last weekend and was delighted with my stay. I am a luxury travel tour operator and travel agent and have been fortunate to stay in many outstanding 5* hotels. I loved my stay at Regency House, and the fact it is a small boutique Belfast business made it even better. I think that translated through in the service too, as it was very personal, friendly and attentive. The house is decorated beautifully, with a lovely bar and breakfast area. I didn't end up using the gym. Food that we had was all delicious. The stand out was the staff though, who all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, attended to, and special. Lots of nice little extra touches. I was not asked to leave a review, but feel they deserve this 5 star review. Well done.

From the moment we arrived at The Regency in Belfast, it was clear that this was going to be far more than just a hotel stay — it was an experience. Every detail, from the architecture to the service, exudes elegance and warmth. You can feel the history and sophistication the moment you walk through the door, yet there’s nothing stuffy or pretentious about it — just genuine Irish hospitality wrapped in luxury. The accommodations were simply stunning. The rooms strike that perfect balance between timeless design and modern comfort. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated — plush bedding, beautiful furnishings, soft lighting, and even the scent in the room made it feel like a retreat from the world. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and can’t help but take a few photos before you even unpack. What I loved most about The Regency is how seamlessly it blends old-world charm with modern luxury. It doesn’t just provide a place to sleep; it offers a sense of occasion. Every moment feels special, from morning coffee in the elegant dining room to a nightcap in one of the lounge spaces. In short, I can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning. Belfast is lucky to have such a gem.

I stayed in Regency House over the Christmas period for a week and can honestly say it was the best hotel experience of my life. The team at Regency were super helpful and friendly, organising airport transfers, breakfast served in the suite each morning, making bar reservations and more. Every person on the team was so lovely and they struck the perfect balance of being helpful without intruding on your space. We stayed in the Mayor's suite and it was so spacious and comfortable it was like staying in a luxury 2 bedroom apartment. The decor is stunning with all original features maintained and the team had put up a 10 ft Christmas tree in the living area! We got breakfast each morning and between us tried everything on the menu. There were no dud dishes at all... Though I got eggs Benedict twice during my week there so would definitely recommend it. The hotel also has a brand new gym which is modern and really well equipped. It's not huge but has everything you need to do a complete strength training session. There is also a sauna and hot tub which we didn't have time to use as we were so busy over Christmas but will definitely be back to use it. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough... We had originally booked to stay in another hotel for the week but saw the 25% off offer if you stayed a week so took a chance and so glad we did. Cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Had brunch here on Sunday for a catch up with a friend, food was lovely and service attentive. That said, I had a reservation for 12pm and the email stated that we had the table needed to be returned at 1.15pm, presumably for a 1.30pm booking. We had finished our food and declined ordering anything further when at 12.55 we were politely asked to move from the table, with the offer of being able to move upstairs to another table. Food was great but wouldn't recommend for a leisurely catch up wtih a friend if you can't even have the table for a hour.
